Return Policy

We offer two options, depending on whether your item has been opened.

Exchanges within 14 days

If you have opened your item, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Returns within 30 days

If your item is unopened, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Start a return or exchange

Email shop@fishncanada.com with your order number, delivery date, product name, and whether you want to return or exchange it. For an exchange, include the size or item you would like instead.

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the return instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where helpful.

Return shipping

If a return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

For an approved return of your full order, we refund the full order amount, including the original shipping charges.

We issue approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving your refund request.
